Accomodation - Kitale Town
Kitale town is a predominantly farming community with one of the few areas in Kenya where one can still find large tracks of land. The majority of farmers have farm houses but there is quite a number that stay away from the farm and visit the farm during the peak farming periods. These clients need accommodation that is accessible to the farms, since many of the farm roads are not motorable throughout the year.
Since Kitale is one of the areas that was referred to as the white highlands it was historically occupied by the Europeans who are still attached to the area. This group of people occasionally visits Kitale.
But it is the beautiful weather and landscape that attracts any visitors to Kitale.

​​Kitale is a gateway to Lodwar and onwards to Sudan, South Sudan and Ethiopia. Many of the visitors travelling to these far flung countries end up using accommodation in Kitale.

Kitale is also very attractive to every one as a whole due to Mount Elgon. People travel to Mt. Elgon and require accommodation while visiting Kitale. We also have university students traveling to Kitale because of Mt. Elgon.

The most popular package covers Bed and Breakfast and Dinner which is referred to as Half Board. This package allows a guest to have breakfast and either carry a packed lunch or have a meal else where and come back for Dinner. This package allows a guest to visit places of interest during the day and come back to the hotel in the evening.

Another category of visitors that is very popular for Kitale is that of schools who want to give their children a worthy academic tour of Kitale. These schools wish to visit the Kitale Museum, the Kapenguria Prison where Mzee Kenyatta was imprisoned by the colonialists and of course Mount Elgon.

Then there are Universities who major in Geography with special interest in Mountains. You have mountaineers, there that climb mountains.

We do know that the bathrooms that are suitable for these esteemed clients are those that are fitted with Muslim showers, and we have done exactly that. We have also ensured that we only serve beef or chicken sausages to avoid any disappointment to our Muslim guests.
